Each district will link to a page...that's still under construction
Residential District (North Clover Hills)
North of Lucky Break Avenue is the residential district where people, as the name suggests, actually live. Apartment buildings, condos, and townhouses can be found just right past Lucky Break Avenue, while actual neighborhoods are farther up north. The farther up a neighborhood, the more reserved or relaxed it is compared to the ones closer to downtown Clover Hills.
Lucky Break Avenue (Central Clover Hills)
In the heart of Clover Hills is Lucky Break Avenue, the city’s source of life. Lucky Break Avenue features a series of shops as well as major small businesses, each of which are run by competent shop owners who strive to give you the best of the best. From pastry shops to a gardening store, to comic books and more, you’re sure to find a plethora of personalities and things to do here! Lucky Break Avenue tends to host events, as it happens to be close to the city’s main park, where major activities are normally held.
Business and Industry District (Southwest Clover Hills)
Southwest of Lucky Break Avenue is the district for larger but more general businesses as well as facilities that help Clover Hills function as a city (e.g. energy power plant, major water filtration systems). Being a small city, Clover Hills’ factories produce limited raw material and tends to import items from major cities instead. In the Business and Industry District’s division closest to Lucky Break Avenue is a sector reserved entirely for the marketplace.
Social District (Southeast Clover Hills)
Schools, a major hospital here and there, the library – if it’s a social area, then it’s definitely here within this district. This is where the citizens of Clover Hills actually live their lives out. Clover Hills has its own public
university, as well as a handful of community colleges for those who can’t afford to pay for university education. There are only two lower division schools, however, one private school and one public. Each school is a K-12
school, which means that both kids and teenagers can be found within one campus.
Clover Hills Park (South-Central Clover Hills)
Be it a picnic, a day out in the sun for playing, or even a lax boat ride, Clover Hills Park is the place to go! Featuring an expanse of green hills laden with clovers – hence, the city’s name “Clover Hills” – alongside playgrounds for children, and even a lake that lets you do some light boating, Clover Hills Park features relaxation. From time to time, major activities like a local fair would be held here. Events alternate all year round here at Clover
Hills Park.
